Do you have a showroom?
Currently we do not, however we can supply almost any product through our network of suppliers. So if you see something you desire, let us know and we will endeavor to get it for you utilizing our trade only discounts, we are usually able to offer it to you with up to 30% off the retail price. We will also let you know if you’re just paying for the name on a product, plus advise you of an alternative to the same or better quality.
How do I book a survey?
You can get in touch a number of different ways all our information can be found via our contacts page where you can email, tweet, facebook us, even google+ or just give us a call. Whichever way you choose, be sure we will call you back to arrange a suitable day & time that’s convenient to you.
Do you charge for design of my new bathroom?
No, we won’t ask for any payment for design or quoting of your bathroom.
We both work. Can you come in evenings or weekends?
Most of our surveys are done in either evenings or Saturday mornings, whichever is more convenient for you.
How long does a survey take?
Surveys generally take about 30 minutes to measure your existing bathroom, find out what you’d like us to do and discuss what options available to you.
Will it be hard sell?
Absolutely not we are tradesmen, not salesmen. We listen to your requirements and advise the best possible solution for your budget.
How long will it take to complete my bathroom?
Every bathroom is different. we will advise you once we know the size, design, your personal requirements and how much work is needed to achieve this.
We always aim to complete works in the shortest time possible, to minimize any disruption to your home life, but without compromising on the quality of our work.
Will I have to take time off work whilst you carry out works?
No, we can consult with you via phone, email or in the evenings about progress or any unforeseen issues. Our Installation engineers are utterly trustworthy and we always respect your home and leave it clean and tidy everyday.
Will I still be able to use my bathroom whilst you carry out the works?
Unless you have a second w.c. we will always reconnect your toilet over night before we leave. It is not always possible to guarantee you will be able to use basin, bath/shower due to the nature of the works, though we always do our best to accommodate you to reduce any inconvenience.
Do you guarantee your work?
We guarantee our workmanship for five years against a problem due to incorrect fitting. During that time we will be happy to rectify any works free of charge. If a problem occurs due to faulty equipment or materials then it would be replaced under the manufacturers guarantee.
How does your payment structure work?
Generally we work to a three stage payment process. Stage one would be 1/3 of total quotation due on commencement of works. Stage 2 also 1/3 half way through works and Stage 3 final 1/3 due on completion.
If you order your materials through us then they would need to be payed for upon delivery.
We are committed to building good relations with our customers and we find this way mutually beneficial as we are not out of pocket for materials and you are not paying for work that has yet to be done.
How do you estimate costs involved?
We estimate in three parts
Labour – How many days labour to complete the works
Materials – What materials are required to install your chosen equipment, i.e. pipework, fittings tile adhesives etc.
Equipment- any equipment supplied by us, i.e. bath, taps,showers etc.
Do you charge VAT?
We are currently not registered to charge for VAT
